2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun. However, we may consider refunds within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not used the Service extensively.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider full refunds within 30 days of purchase if you have not used the Service extensively.

3. Token Purchase Refunds

Token purchases are generally non-refundable once purchased, as tokens are immediately available for use. However, we may consider refunds within 24 hours of purchase if you purchased tokens by mistake and have not used any tokens.
