Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record/payment provider. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

14-Day Right to Cancel

You may cancel your purchase and request a refund within 14 days starting the day after the transaction is completed, without conditions. After the 14-day period, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period. When token bundle purchase is refunded, the tokens included in that purchase are removed from the account.

• the email used for purchase
• the purchase date
• what you purchased
